Refund Policy
At Gomal Journal of Agriculture and Biology, we strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality in our publication process. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring the satisfaction of both authors and readers.
- Article Submission Fees:
All article submission fees are non-refundable. Once an article has been submitted and processed through our system, the submission fee cannot be refunded, regardless of the publication outcome.
- Article Processing Charges (APCs):
Authors are required to pay APCs upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication. These charges cover the costs associated with editorial processing, peer review, production, and publication.
If an article is accepted for publication but the author decides to withdraw it before publication, a partial refund may be provided. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the stage of the publication process and the work already completed by the journal.
No refunds will be issued for APCs once an article has been officially published in Gomal Journal of Agriculture and Biology.
- Subscription Fees:
Subscription fees for accessing the journal's content are non-refundable. Once payment has been made for a subscription period, refunds will not be issued, regardless of the frequency of access or utilization of the journal's content.
- Processing Errors:
In the event of an error in payment processing, such as double charging or unauthorized transactions, authors or subscribers should contact our customer support team immediately for resolution. Refunds for processing errors will be issued promptly upon verification of the error.
- Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office of Gomal Journal of Agriculture and Biology.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the editorial board.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the transaction.
