Refund Policy

At Gomal Journal of Life Sciences, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions, including refunds. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure satisfaction for our customers and contributors. Please review the following terms regarding refunds:

  1. Article Submission Fees:

All submission fees for articles are non-refundable. Once the payment is made and the article is submitted, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the acceptance or rejection of the submission.

  1. Publication Fees:

In the event that an article is accepted for publication in Gomal Journal of Life Sciences, and the author has paid the publication fee, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Duplicate payment: If the author mistakenly makes duplicate payments for publication fees, a refund for the additional payment may be issued upon verification.
  2. Technical errors: If technical errors occur during the payment process, resulting in overcharging or incorrect billing, the excess amount will be refunded.
  3. Editorial decision reversal: In rare cases where the journal decides to revoke acceptance due to unforeseen circumstances or violation of publication policies, a full refund of the publication fee will be provided.

Refund requests for publication fees must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, within 30 days of the initial payment.

  1. Processing Time:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the author.
